annoyed, soles cracked, no more sizes
" I love these boots, they look great, and are super comfortable. However, the soles of the boots have cracked, twice, now I need to return a second pair - again! Only problem, they don't have these in my size any longer. I am a loyal DSW fan, but having to buy the same pair of boots three times is enough. I am asking for a refund and not going to buy these boots. "
