Always a pleasure
" I ordered these sneakers online for my daughter. When the package arrived, I opened it to find that the left sneaker had a glue-like substance under the mesh material (a very small dot). I called and the shoephoria department and a very nice lady helped to ensure the sneakers would be replaced in time for my daughters vacation. I simply brought the shoes to my local store and the new sneakers arrived in two days! I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received and the sneakers look great. :)
