Not for Crossfit
" I purchased these, hoping that because they were cheaper, I could get away with using them for Crossfit--WRONG! They are not very flexible, sort of stiff and not super comfortable. They just felt like a stiff sneaker; I wouldn't train in them or run in them; that's just my opinion. For me, they run pretty true to size. "
