" I absolutely love these shoes! I've always been up to date on the athletic shoe trends and so the number 1 selling point of gym shoes in the past was their appearance. With that being said, I bought another pair of more "fashionable" nikes for double the price when it was time to get a new pair and they absolutely destroyed my shins. At the time, I was only running an average of two to three miles a day which any gym shoe should be able to handle. Not the case with those fashionable nikes (they are extremely popular at the moment, just about everyone in the gym is wearing them.) I immediate set out to find a more padded shoe that would be kinder to my shins. I found these and thought they were cute, but a bit clunky looking. Once I put them on, I was blown away at the difference between them and my other nikes. They are sturdy but offer cushioning that will soften the blow when you are running on pavement. These are the first shoes that haven't given me any shin splints whatsoever. I would recommend these to someone who runs short distances (1-5 miles a day average), as longer distance runners should seek out special shoes. I have the purple/gray color and it looks exactly as pictured. They may not be as sleek as the more popular nikes, but these are still adorable and a much better quality.

OTK Boots
" I really wanted a pair of over the knee leather boots in cognac, but being a wide-calved girl, I haven't seen a good option yet. I sort of settled for these, knowing that I'd probably fall in love with them if they fit me just right. These are truly "Olive", not muddy brown or dark tan like some olives tend to look like. These do fit over my 16.75 calves so that's a plus. They are pretty tight though and I was looking for a more relaxed and casual looking boot. They only go up to about mid knee (for reference, I am 5'7.) I was really hoping for a true over the knee boot. Basically, this boot just was not what I was looking for. HOWEVER, they are very cute and stylish. I may keep them for a different kind of style than I was searching for originally. I'd recommend these to someone who has calves 17 inch or smaller and is looking for a more dressy and less casual boot, although these could be made casual too.

" This shoe is my Go-To. I don't wear heels or wedges much so whenever I do wear a shoe with a heel/wedge, I always find them uncomfortable and hard to walk in. These shoes made ditching my flats very easy because they are really comfortable and I had hardly any trouble at all walking in them. I wear them all night long with little discomfort. The only reason I did not give this shoe all 5 stars is because I lent them to a friend with a wider foot and when she returned them to me they were stretched out. For people with wide feet, that may be a good thing since they obviously broke in very easily. I probably will buy this exact shoe again because now my feet slip out very easily and I would like to wear them again. These are a closet staple ladies...Buy them!
