" Unfortunately, they ran a whole size larger, were not supportive orthotic wise, and could not use any orthotic insert either. The shoe is well made for those who don't need much support and very practical for dress and casual. I tried even a 1/2 size smaller and still I couldn't use an insert. So back they went. Heel height was perfect. It would have been 5 stars if I could've used an orthotic insert or if it had better supportive inserts already made into the shoe with accurate sizing.

" I couldn't believe how comfortable they felt fresh out of the box. The sizing was accurate. The width was slightly narrower than usual which is perfect for me. The arch support and overall support of the shoe was exactly what I was looking for and in desperate need. I haven't had to add any of my orthotics which is always the case. I even order an additional pair which is something I never do. It can be used for casual or relaxed business dress.
