Pretty but very delicate
" These are pretty boots, but are not made well. I've only worn these boots twice since receiving them last week and they are already torn. I did nothing strenuous in them, just drove myself to class and back. As I was taking my shoes off today, I noticed that there was a large tear in the back of the boot, where my heel would rest, where the leather had scuffed and was peeling off.
The leather is very soft, and the shoe fits well, but this is ridiculous. The last pair of boots I purchased that were similar to these were by Kelly and Katie, which not only cost half of what these cost, but they lasted me 3 years, before the soles finally had holes worn into them, and my cobbler told me that he could not fix the heel without ruining the aesthetic of the shoes.
Had Bandalino used better quality materials, I would have given these 5 stars. They fit fine on the foot, though they are slightly on the narrow side, and are a nice height on the leg (just 1 inch below my knee). I have average to narrower calves, and these fit me very well. I have sensitive feet and most shoes give me blisters quickly, but these are comfortable enough that they have not yet caused them.
Overall, 2 stars out of 5 for shoddy materials. "

Runs Short
" These shoes are well made, with nice, waterproof materials. They're cute and have a moderate heel. The laces in the front are purely for decoration as you use a zipper on the side to slip into and out of the boots.
But as far as cold weather shoes go, I felt that these could have been warmer and have had more cushion inside the shoe. I also felt that they could use more treads on the bottom of the sole, so if it snows, these might not be ideal.
The boots do run about 1/4 to a 1/2 size short. I am a 9.5, and the boots *just* fit. No space for socks. This is strange because I own another pair of London Fog boots in the same size, 9.5, and they fit fine.
They also seem to be more suited to people with smaller calves, as the boot shaft is a bit narrow.
I wouldn't recommend these as a primary winter boot, but they are cute, pretty comfortable, and will work if it's not snowing outside. "
