Bootie!
" I love these booties! The fringe adds just the right wow factor and they look great with legging and skinny jeans. They do run just a little narrow, but I haven't found that they are tight or uncomfortable. I love the faux fur cuff because it adds another color if you want to break up the all black look of black leggings or black skinny jeans. The flat sole enables me to wear these forever! Very comfy!! "
