design flaw
" Like another reviewer has mentioned, my toes also jutted out over the front edge of the shoe. Yet there was at least one half an inch unused space in the back; but because the back strap is completely not flexible nor has any give, I couldn't scoot my foot further back into the shoe. Really disappointed as it's a cute and comfy sandal. But I wear an 11 and have no option to size up. "
