" I saw these online and thought they were adorable - bought 'em! I just got them and the pattern is laughably uneven from left foot to right foot. If they were even, I'd totally keep them...in fact, I'm going to try to get them again and see if another pair in the same size is any better, but as is, it seriously looks like I'm wearing two different shoes. Gotta return them.

Strange Fit
" This is a very cool looking sandal...I got it in the iridescent green and couldn't wait to try them on, but they fit very strangely. The "Figure 8" if you will, was larger than expected and it just sort of flopped around, it didn't lay flat on the top of my foot - very strange. The thong between the toes was too tall and made the rest of the straps fit loosely. A real bummer because it's very cool looking, but sadly it had to go back. I said I that I'd recommend this shoe because 1. it's gorgeous, and 2. Everyone's feet are different, so... hope it works for others~

better than I thought
" They passed the boyfriend test, and passed the picky, choosy goirlfriends test - they are adorable - go with everything, and although they're girly, they're not childish. They're comfortable and padded, and I love that the base color is a natural camel-color. they're really fun - keeping them!

Gogreous yet strange - had to go back :(
" Gorgeous, but look strange on. I saw these and loved them in white. I had tried them on in pewter a few months ago and decided they looked strange, but when I saw them in white, I just fell in love. I read the reviews and had to do a store search to find them in my size in white - I found them, schlepped to a far off DSW, bought them, and when I tried them on, I just ....was underwhelmed. The white beading was beautiful, but, somehow, they just looked strange. I had the girls over that Friday night and showed them - they both have fabulous taste in shoes and out of the box they both oooed and aahhhed, but when they were on, we all agreed - they're going back. They just make the side of your feet look long. Plus they're not particularly comfortable between the toes...a great beaded look on the wrong shaped shoe or something. I can't quite place it - they just looked weird.

Bummer
" love the look and the subtle sparkle from the beading! So I got them in yellow and black online without trying them on - I was thrilled they were leather (upper, lining AND sole) because leather breaks in so well, but the t-strap did not lay flat along the top of my foot -it floated above by about half an inch...maybe a bit more - looked weird - felt strange and unsturdy. Sadly they went back.

" Love it - got it in 2 colors, but - it has NO cushioning - NO padding, NO support - but I guess we girls are used to that :( Hoping it breaks in well because they're adorable, and look like guiseppe zanotti's!

Get the European size conversions right!
" I've been eyeing these babies for over a year but the price kept me away...that and the fact that they didn't have it in a size 10. But they kept me coming back and then it happened! They came in in a size 10!! I decided to treat myself once and for all. The problem - a 40 in European sizing is not a 10. A 42 is. I've had this experience several times before with european sizes. A 42 is a 10, NOT a 40!!! But I decided to overlook it because "Ralph Lauren Collection" is a very high-end shoe & I expected them to get it right...or at least get the size-coversion right, and if they said a 40 was equal to a 10 then I'd believe. I just got these drop dead goreous shoes, and they are the equivalent to an 8-8.5. No where near a 10. Heartbreak! I must return them. At least I'll get a $425 dollar refund :) But wow they're gorgeous~

OMG LOVE THEM.
" So, I'm a teacher and I stand all day. I love wearing heels, but not all day at work, so I'm trying to buy some flats that aren't casual - that have a more upscale, classier look to them - a business-like, lady-like shoe. This is IT!! I bought them in black and that gorgeous cobalt blue that they are calling violet - its more like a cobalt/royal GORGEOUS blue. I just love them. BUT - They ARE a little snug in the toe area, as another reviewer had mentioned - I was SO bummed and my days of being in pain to look good are dwindling fast. I insist on shoes being made well and I'm willing to pay for that. These, being leather uppers AND leather-lined should break in well (they'd be perfect if they had leather soles). That being said, I wore the black one's first and I was indeed in pain by 3 o'clock. So I broke out my secret weapon: I have the help of a "toe-box shoe-stretcher" (girls you NEED one of these - they're life-changing) which made them far more bearable. I stretched the toe of the blue one's before wearing them and there was a huge difference. In another stretch-&-wear or two, they'll be perfect - I can already feel the leather softening in one wear. I absolutely love these. They make me feel like a lady. A sophisticated lady :) Yay!

Gorgeous color!
" I bought these in the turquiose color - gorgeous. I agree with the other reviewer - they run a tad long, but I actually thought it made them more comfortable - not too long, just longer than expected. The problem? They didn't pass the boyfriend test - he said they were too bright for a shoe and were clown-shoes. :/ I disagreed to an extent~ they sadly went back, but I was very pleased with how they felt and honestly, I still think they're really pretty.

Cute
" Cute bootie but... - I was looking at it in cognac color because the one I really wanted (the "Ralph Lauren Collection Peg Oxford") is $400. I bought this one because it looked so similar, but I felt like it made my toes look like baked potatoes~ Sent it back :( But I must say it was very comfortable and fit well.

" Cool shoes...Im a size 10 - they fit true to size, but they are pleather, NOT real leather, so they have a cheap-shoe feel instead of a nice Joan & David leather. The platform helps...on this site the shoe looks to be slightly more of a camel-like color instead of the taupe it is - that was disappointing, but they were still cute enough to keep, just as a shoe of a different color than I was expecting. -

HOLY TIGHT!!
" SSSOoooooo disappointed! Should've listened to the reviewers on this one. I can barely get my feet into these. - Now I wear a size 10, but have ALWAYS been a 10 and have NEVER had to "go up half a size" as so many shoe-reviewers have advised. This time I stand corrected - I could probably (and should have probably) went up to a full size 11 - they dont have a 10 1/2, but honestly, these are so crazy small that an 11 might've worked..... of course now that I received them the 11 is no longer available. Im SO disappointed. They are GORGEOUS. the color (tan) is GORGEOUS. I just put them on and sat here typing this just to see if perhaps being natural leather they might be able to be "broken in & stretched". They are killing me just sitting here. They are sadly too small. I had to check to see if it was actually marked as a 10 they are so small. They are. Im devastated. Gonna go google them now and hope the shoe fairy grants me a wish~

Great little sandals for everything!!!
" I really like these alot! I got them in bronze AND pewter - LOVE them!! The bronze are my favorites. I needed some "brown" or "in-the-brown-family" shoes/sandals. ( I already had pewter sandals but they were already beat-up from last summers' antics) :) ...I love them, my boyfriend loves them - they're comfortable! - and I am VERY picky about shoes - I usally require ridciulously comfortable shoes to pass my comfort test - Usually I HATE sythetic shoes - real leather or find a different pair b/c these PVC/plastic/fake-leather shoes either rub me wrong, or smell funny, or make my FEET smell funny, or dig- in somewhere (especially the thing between your toes), or make me slip & slide on their sythetic soles when my feet sweat...plus are just bad for the environment the way I go through shoes, so its rare I buy sythetic. ...but I love them! they pass all my tests (except environmenatlly speaking) :( love them ladies - for real! Even the thong between the toes is easy on my sensitive feet. They're great - first time i wore them was to an all-day festival event - they broke in just fine - no pain! really cute shoes!
