Worth Every Penny
" I have very wide calves and have been looking for the "perfect pair" of flat black boots that go with just about everything--and these boots are 100% it! They're unbelievably comfortable & stylish, and with the adjustable side and subtly hidden additional elastic goring, they adjust perfectly from bare leg/legging to tucked in jeans. I'd definitely buy again! "

Nice, but...
" The boots are nice, and I love the corset lacing in the back. They're comfortable but not as much cushioning & support in the sole as I would have liked. The drawback with these boots is that the pics show the boots with the neat, tight ruched look--when in fact the ankle is trim and above that the ruching is loose, almost folds, giving the boot a "puff jacket" look. Will not work with many of the skirts I had in mind, for sure. Overall I'll keep them but they'll be limited on what I can wear them with. "
