Disappointed

" Got my boots this morning and was very disappointed to find that I couldn’t even get them on my foot. I had read the other reviews regarding the need for a sipper at the ankle but decided to try them anyways. I am a size 7.5 and ordered a 7.5 - my heel couldn’t get past the ankle part of the boot - it was so tight with no give at all. My sister, who is a size 6.5 - could get them on but of course the actual shoe part was too big. I have fairly normal feet, not wide, normal ankles - super disappointed. In addition, the shaft material is much softer than I anticipated, the boots don’t stand upright on their own, so unless your calves are large the boot would start to scrunch up. Returning today. :( "
