Not worth the pain
" This boot is cute but it's very uncomfortable. Also, the materials are not good quality. After wearing them twice, the tip of the heel came out - $15 for new tips almost right after buying them. And I don't walk that much in them outside.
I have bought Ivanka Trump shoes because I love how they look but I have returned them all (except these since unfortunately I wore them outside) because they are extremely uncomfortable.
The top of the boot rubs the front and the left of my leg when I woke and I need to wear band aids when I use these.
I cannot wear these for even half a day.
No more IT's shoes for me. "

not worth the money
" These shoes have to be the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. I paid full price for a nude color and I wish I had been able to return them. I got a half bigger because I couldn't even put in my regular size pump. I suggest you get another brand for a suede pump because although I love the brand I will never wear any of their shoes outside until I've worn them at least for a week inside my house.

Not good quality
" I ordered the black ones online. I had to exchange them at the store because the right boot was ruined. By that I mean that it had a bubble between the inside and the leather surface. I got my second pair today. It is worst than the first one: Both boots have bubbles and bigger. I will see if I can exchange them again because I like them but if I can't, then I am returning them.

Cushy and warm
" I don't think they are extremely pretty but I do not care. They are so warm and cushy that I love them and I won't take them off . I used to have cold feet all the time but since wearing these, I don't anymore. I have another pair of JS shoes and they are good quality.

Love them
" just got them. I wore them on the store to buy for more than an hour and they were very comfortable. BCBG never disappoints me. I have at least 4 pairs for this brand. Perfect fit and not that tight or loose at the end where it meets the calf. Good with skirts and pants.

Not really good shoes
" They do look pretty. But they are not comfortable at all. I ordered my size online but had to return them and order half a size bigger. I wish they wouldn't have had them because I used them and now I cannot return them. These are very very uncomfortable. Plus, after wearing them for only 5 hours on carpet(!), the tip got ruined and now I have to pay to have them fixed. I paid over $300 for these. Totally not worth it.
