Excellent Trail Running Shoe
" This shoe is designed for running on trails, specifically mountain trails. It has excellent grip on rock, but I would not run on the road with these shoes as the traction will go fast.
Very comfortable and well made, my second pair and couldn't be happier. La Sportiva makes a great shoe.
