Comfortable, but disappointing

" I loved these shoes on the website and when I got them. When I wore them out they were very comfy, even to walk far in! However, the shoe was feeling a bit loose on my foot, and when I looked down, I saw that the upper strap was broken. By the end of the night, the strap on the other shoe broke as well. And this was all on the first night I ever wore them! As cute and comfortable as these shoes are, I am very disappointed with their quality and would not recommend them. "
