Okay
" These shoes are ok. They are not a good shoe for running a 5k in. They are kind of heavy, the balls aren't very cushioned. The heel is cushioned pretty good. Also the back of the shoe rises a little higher than my typical running shoes. I have made them into me walking shoes.
