Hot shoe, Runs big, Not too comfy
" I'm normally a 7.5, so I ordered the 7.5. I suspect I could have fit into a 6.5. It runs that big. I agree it's a hot shoe, but it's pretty uncomfortable. Granted, they didn't fit, but I could tell the arches were a little off. I don't have high arches or flat feet. I think I have pretty normal arches, and they didn't feel right.
The ankle strap, while cute, is not adjustable. The back zips right up, and the ankle strap was way big. I don't have particularly skinny ankles, but i could have taken the shoe off without unzipping. If that strap was meant for support, it's not doing its job.
If i was to remake the shoe I would put a little elastic on the strap, and pump up the platform to raise the toe part to alleviate the arch. The design is pretty nice though. I wish they fit! This is the kind of shoe (if it fit) that I would buy, and then buy a whole outfit to match it. Too bad! "

Nice work shoe, Runs big, Order down
" I have short toes, so i like to order wide shoes when I can. Normally I'm a 7.5, so I ordered a 7W. It was way big, and the 6.5W would have been perfect if they hadn't sold out. Bummer.
I opted for the 7M instead, and they're actually not bad. They fit pretty well on my wide feet. I feel my right pinky toe pushing against the side a little, but the patent leather gives enough. i thought they would look too matronly, but they're actually pretty cute. I can totally wear them to work, and not feel like a man. They are the cute, girl version of men's loafers. Because guys get to wear comfy loafers and girls have to wear flats that don't support your feet, or heels that don't support your arch. This is that shoe. "

Super Cute, A Little Long
" Order a half size down.
I'm normally a 7.5, so I ordered a 7.5. It's a little long so I'm exchanging for a 7. The shoe is super cute. Nice heel height. Actually a tad taller than I expected, which is not bad. Short enough that it seems comfortable. Snakeskin pattern is pretty subtle, and the gold detail is a little garish, but not too much so. Just adds a little bling.
Adjustable ankle strap has elastic and seems comfortable. Across-the-foot straps don't seem to cut the feet. But I have yet to wear them for longer than 5 minutes in my own home. Even with the large size I did the "walk test" and they seemed fine. I almost considered keeping them to avoid the hassle of exchanging since the arch was actually perfect, but there's nothing worse than a big shoe. Unless you have really long toes, I would definitely recommend half size down. "

Comfy
" My boyfriend really liked this shoe color so I kept it. I wore it to work with long black slacks. One co-worker looooved the shoes, especially the color. Another co-worker thought they were Sperry's, which I didn't mind. I think they are a little casual for work, but I wore them on Friday so whatever. They are very comfy though. Runs a teeny bit long, but not so much that they slip when I walk. Actually makes it comfier if anything.

Comfy, great shoe for work
" I was looking for a work shoe that wasn't too high, yet professional-looking, but comfortable. Sounds impossible, right? These fit the bill. I wear these with pants and skirts. I feel like I'm work-appropriate, yet don't have to wear sandals during the commute and change into these at the office. I bought the beige color at first, and loved them so much I bought the black. Between these two pairs, they pretty much go with everything so I wear them nearly every day. Plus, they are on the slightly wide side, which is a huge plus for me. And they are also pretty cute on, not matronly, like some lower heels can look. Personally I love bows, and I think the heel cutout gives them a delicate look.
