Finally a classic flat with style

" I just received these and am "breaking them in." I was concerned they might be too big since I am between 7.5 and 8 M. These are in no way too large and I am considering taking a trip to DSW to try on a pair of the 8.5.

I ordered leather because it stretches and I just prefer leather which is hard to find these days. The top back of the heel feels a little tight so I did the old "bend it back and stretch" that shoe store salespeople did when I was young. So far, it seems to be working. I also put on a pair of crew socks and stepped into the shoes to stretch them just a bit.

I have another pair similar in a different brand that stretched and got loose after a few wearings. I added heel pads and that worked but I don't know how much longer they will last. I love the classic flat with a little bit of heel and pointed or semi-pointed toe. This fits the bill.

Hoping the 8M works and if so, I will order in other colors. DSW has brown and Dr. Scholls has black patent and dark grey snake. Otherwise, I will try the 8.5. The style as I mentioned, is exactly what I wanted. Looks good with dresses and jeans.

From one who never wore flats due to fashion, I am loving these. A great replacement for the pain of high heels in exchange for more comfort -- while still remaining fashionable.

Anyway, I will update when I know more. For now, I'm very pleased and think the style and size will work out. "
