Narrower than normal
" I have had many madden girl/steve madden boots and for some reason this one is narrower that usual. Maybe a little short too but I can't tell from the narrowness of it.
I normally wear 7.5 in shoes (7's in Vans, 7.5 in Converse) and always go for size 8 to compensate for thin-regular thickness socks. This was way too narrow.
Other than that, they are cute! Okay quality for the price.

Good Quality BUT only lasted 8 months
" I was looking for a pair of black flats for work that were good quality, stylish, and comfortable. These shoes were perfect! It was very well-made, good suede, but the only problem is that after 6 months of 3-5 days a week wearing these shoes, they started to fall apart. Not good for heavy duty usage, but perfect for casual "light walking" I guess. Good if you plan in wearing these on special occasions, but not for almost every day wear and tear. I was hoping these would last me 2+ years, not 8 months.

SO NARROW, IT HURT
" I wanted a black, sleek pair of boots that would protect my jeans from the rain. I didn't want to buy rainboots. They are, in my opinion, clunky and are a nightmare to walk in.
As for these boots. I didn't even wear them for more than 5 minutes. I consider my feet to be average/Medium width. The fact that I bought these in my usual 7.5 M size and it DIDN'T even FIT was incredulous. I read the reviews before deciding to buy these boots and it was a mistake.
It also looked cheap. I don't usually buy faux leather but I thought if the reviews are all saying this was a cute pair of boots and looks of quality - I will go for it.
It looks cheaps, it feels cheap, NOT WORTH $60... My feet felt like they were bent bent sideways. I hate it when reviews don't do any good.

Got several blisters after only 20 minutes of walk
" I had a job interview in SF, and this is my disclaimer. These pumps are not good for HILLS. I walked down a steep hill and after 20 minutes of just walking, the patent leather was scraping against my feet and it hurt so bad! I ended up with 5 blisters, three on one foot and I couldn't bare to walk anywhere else for the rest of the day. I would agree, these are comfortable shoes but only if you're walking on flatland. Hills: stay away.

Strap is uncomfortable.
" Maybe it's just me but these heels were a little uncomfortable. I am normally a 7.5 but had to 1/2 size up to an 8. They ran out in the store so I ordered it online and was disappointed. One: I don't like how these heels showed the first half of your toes. I have wrinkly feet so the sight was gross to me. I put the straps around my ankles, began walking around in them and they felt like they were choking my legs. I loosened it up a bit and although the tightness was gone, the overall fit of the shoe wasn't right with the strap dangling from my ankles. Idk what about this didn't work for me for some reason and I desperately wanted to make this work.Totally hot, love the black/brown color block, and I love ankle strap pumps, but these just weren't doing it for me. So uncomfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend, but she would have to try it on first before buying.

Stylish and Versatie
" I love these flats! They are so comfortable and so light I couldn't resist not buying them! I am usually a 7.5 in shoes and the 7.5 in these are just right. They are a little narrow but it fits snug to make it seem like its part of your foot. I wear this with dresses, skinny jeans, leggings, tights and long sweaters. It is the best Fall flat I have ever worn!
