BUY A SIZE DOWN!!
" I needed some sealed boots for walking the dog on rainy days and gardening. This is my first pair of boots like this. I usually wear a size 10 - ALWAYS a size 10. But these 10's were HUGE! So I exchanged for a size 9 and I STILL HAVE ROOM!! I could wear multiple pairs of socks in the 9. I don't mind that there is a little bit of give because when kneeling and bending down in the garden it's nice that they aren't super tight on the foot. My feet are dry and I think they are super cute - goes with lots of different colors of clothes! "
