I had high hopes
" Sadly, I ran into the same issue as others did with the zipper in the back. I'm a petite woman and more muscular than most also. I could barely get the zipper half way up, thus affecting the fit of the sandal over all. Because I could not zip it up, the leather on the front puckered & bunched up, offered no support at all & looked bad. In general I think this is a great design but It would be better to have a wide strip of elastic in the back instead of a zipper. Only women with toothpick legs & ankles will be able to get this on & wear it to the designers specifications. I will be returning these ASAP

This shoe 'toots'
" I had really hoped this shoe would be as comfortable as my daughters 'cheap' summer sandals (same style in hot pink) but I found that while the size was good, EVERY step I took my foot would 'toot' in the shoe. Literally, it sounded like little "toot-toot-toot" with every step. Very disappointing.
Also, there is NO ARCH SUPPORT whatsoever! I was hoping that the inner aspect of the leather would cover the arch area & thus support the foot but sadly, no. The bed of the shoe is also very narrow & I found that my arch would roll over the edge with every step which I know would lead to gouges on my instep. "
