" I love the fact these are weather and water-proof. Perfect combination of style, comfort and practicality in cold-weather conditions. The lining is a definite plus!
The only thing to be cautious of is the circumference around the calf. It is a bit snug for the average gal and may not allow for room for pants. I wear them with tights only and they are perfect. "
