A great, well-made shoe!

" I bought a size 7.5 M based on the other reviews, which is my true size. DSW shipped them in good time and I wasn't left wondering where my shipment was. There were no damages, nicks, abrasions or anything wrong with the shoe when it arrived. The box they came in is SO PRETTY, like it was a birthday present...really cute! The shoes felt pretty good for the most part. :-) Like all my pumps, especially the leather ones, I tried the shoes on and walked on hard surfaces to determine where were the pressure points; for me, normally the toe-box area is always a little tight on my pinky and big toes. Then I sprayed a little stretching solution inside the shoe and inserted my wooden shoe stretcher to make the toe-box a little roomier for my toes. Give it a day for each shoe, and I was ready to rock and roll! I also kept stretching them after the first couple wears. It's leather, so as amazing as it felt right out the box, a little stretching took it from a 10 to an 11. These are gorgeous and very well made. I've worn them with wide-leg trousers, pencil pants, midi-length dresses/skirts and shorter length skirts...I feel fabulous in them all because it gives height without making me feel like I'm teetering. The color is true black, not too shiny (though buffing with some polish is always a good idea for maintenance), and the design is simple yet sophisticated. I bought mine for my office job. Definitely a win! Would recommend to anyone. "
