" I love this boot, however I'm extremely disappointed in the quality. The 3rd time wearing them, the sole/heal separated from the leather upper. I do plan on taking them back to DSW to see if the will exchange them for a new pair. Hopefully this was an anomaly, and the second pair hold up.
