Versatile tailored pump style loafer
" I like this shoe very much. The rich brown color is not too light nor too dark for wear with many shades of tan or brown pants. The heet is a good height, substantial but not overly chunky by being squared or flared, it's very stable for walking. As with other Born shoes I've owned they start out a bit tight but the quality leather soon stretches to form to your foot. With a slight bit of patience these become very comfortable. I particularly like the rubber heel pad which means they don't clack loudly when you walk on hard floor surfaces. The tailored styling is perfect for work wear with dress pants or for weekend wear with jeans, a very versatile pump styled loafer.

Beautiful tailored pump
" I purchased the shoe in Red & it was really a beautiful tailored shoe, perfect for work environment. The length was perfect and the heel comfortable & stable for walking. HOWEVER, the TOEBOX WAS SO NARROW across the ball of foot area that it HURT just trying it on! So very sadly, I had to return them. I most definitely would have exchanged if there was a Wide width offered. I marked RECOMMEND WITH PROVISO that to be comforatable your foot will need to be somewhat narrow.

Terrific bootie
" This is a great little bootie with not overdone western styling. The sizing is perfect & the width is enough to remain comfortable with medium weight socks. The heel adds just a bit of height but is still completely comfortable & stable. I've worn it shopping with no discomfort after lots of walking. It looks great with jeans!

Stylish neutral with a little splash!
" I love this bootie. I bought the taupe & it is a true neutral. The colorful fabric inset is stylish. The side zip opening is so convenient! It was completely comfortable right out of the box, perfect size & width with room for medium weight socks. There are no downsides. These are my new go-to weekend shoes for Fall & probably Winter when there isn't snow all over. They are fabulous with leggings!

Lovely style, mid heel, overall comfort & venting!
" I love these booties! They're my brown version of the 'vented bootie' which works for me because my feet tend to get hot very easily. I have black in another brand and style and looking for more colors in the vented design.
They fit wonderfully, I do have a slightly wide foot so they're not a narrow cut. The length is perfect, no crowding. They're very comfortable to walk in, too, NO stress or fatigue even after a long day.
Back zipper is great for easy on/off. The style is lovely with the straps sweeping up the side.
I can wear these at least three seasons possibly year-round with various weight hosiery. I wear them to work, on weekends, shopping, everywhere!

Great style, comfy & 'cool' booties
" Terrific booties! Love, love the back zipper, so easy to put on & keeps the stylish buckle detail on the side. The heel height is just right for me, not too high, but provides some lift for my longer pants.
They fit wonderfully. I do have a slightly wide foot so they're not cut narrow at all. I found the length was perfect, too, no crowding. They're so very comfortable to walk in, the heel is bouncy-springy & there's absolute NO stress or fatigue even after a long day.
The venting is wonderful for me! My feet tend to get hot easily. These will carry me at least three seasons possibly year-round with various weight hosiery.
I wear them to work, on weekends, shopping, everywhere! I like these so much I've already bought a similarly styled pair in from another brand in a brown color!
The only drawback I've seen is the heel material. Although comfortable as heck, I've noticed that it tends to wear down very easily. You might want to invest in a heel protector if you do a lot of walking & especially if you drive with them on.

Stylish shoe for somewhat dressy wear.
" Bandolino shoes are always stylish and tend be classic designs that stand the test of time. The Kalgan is another of those in a lovely shade of neutral chocolate brown which isn't yellow based as many browns tend to be. This is now the only dark brown sandal I own and am very happy to have a 'chocolate' back in my collection finally! The heel on the Kalgan is a tad higher than I'm generally wearing now which means I can't walk in it for extended times without my ankles beginning to complain but I don't fault the shoe for my tendonitis.
I have owned numerous pairs of Bandolinos and they wear very well both aesthetically as well as remaining comfortable. I am always impressed with the quality as well as the style mentioned above. Some pairs I've worn for 2-3 or more seasons and they were still perfectly fine for consignment to get a bit of my investment back when I was no longer reaching for them. I should mention that in most cases the consignment decision was based on the fact that I could no longer wear the higher heel heights or smaller heel diameters - I can't wear pencil heels at all anymore, preferring stacked or wedge heel designs. My former Bandolinos have been somewhat hit or miss for total comfort, but I must say that when they get it right, they are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, even the higher heels, due to the well placed and substantial arch support.

Stylish, comfy suede with walking stability.
" Well, to begin, I've never had a bad experience with Kenneth Cole Reaction shoes. I have worn various styles for years and they hold up really well aesthetically as well as remaining comfortable. But the best thing about them for me is the FIT. It's like the form they used was made for my foot with perfect arch support and width. This one is no exception to that. I love this style heel, it proves very comfortable and stable for me. The footbed is very comfortable, too. The entire shoe is well-designed to distribute your weight properly across the entire foot so your ball of foot, arch and toes are not stressed. I can walk around the hall or up and down the stairs in these shoes comfortably. The shoes do not make a 'clumping' sound when walking either, very important, this is one thing that makes me nuts and if it is present, I will not keep even the most comfortable shoes.
