Not as appealing in person
" First, these are narrow for me, but I have slightly wider feet. But second, they just don't look as nice in person. They seem a bit too clunky.

Beautiful boot but would change a few things
" I bought this boot in gray and it is beautiful and good quality. There are a couple of things I wish were a bit better, such as:
1. The heel height is just a bit too high so walking in them isn't that comfortable or natural. If it were probably an inch lower, this boot would be a go-to all the time boot.
2. It's actually raining here in Southern California and I don't feel very comfortable with the sole of the boot on smooth surfaces. The sole is fabric so it just doesn't grip like some rubber would. "

Good, but not good enough
" I bought this as a gift for my sister. She adored the sandal and said they were very comfy. However, by the end of the first day she wore them, the material on the sides was peeling off. We've exchanged them in hopes that it was a one-time fluke.

Adorable, but lacks some comfort
" The first day I wore this shoe I got a blister on my heel (even with wearing socks). But I know as with many shoes, sometimes they just need broken in. Since then they've fit very well. Do be prepared for the fact that they're not nearly as comfortable and supportive as tennis shoes. With all that said, I definitely do not regret this purchase. These provide the look I wanted and the khaki color looks great.

Perfect girly comfort
" This would be just an ordinary shoe, but the ruffle on the front adds everything it needs. I love this shoe both for its just of femininity and its incredible comfort. The first day I wore them I was bragging about how I could easily run in them.

A perfect fit
" Until this purchase I've always bought the knee-high boots. Then I realized, (with the recommendation of a friend) that these ankle boots were far more comfortable. This boot is indeed a perfect fit.

Bad buy
" The minimal cushion in these shoes stops before the ball of the foot. Instead, the ball of the foot walks on what feels like rock. They are too high to lack such cushion.
