The U-Throat Returns!
" Sleek and refined this U-Throat Cap Toe complements your suits with chalk stripe , windowpane or solid. For a good fit I came down two half sizes to a 9; the10 was too roomy. I bought the caramel colored shoe. I suggest any shoe polish product called "Neutral" to maintain the quality of the leather to prevent cracking. The lace holes don't have grommets to prevent being torn by the laces; I suggest dabbing with clear nail polish lacquer and pushing a toothpick thru to preserve the holes.

Nice styling but deceptive sizing
" I was drawn by the longwing design with Balmoral closure; I couldn't believe my eyes! Once trying on Size 10, it was ridiculously swimming on my foot, so I tried a 9 ( half sizes NOT offered in this style) and it STILL was way too large! I sought a size 8. Finally, the toe box was OK, as was both sides of the foot, however, the vamp was CHOKING my instep. I strongly advise shoppers to ONLY by this product in person.

Classy, Versatile Trooper
" Seldom do Italian made shoes attain the sturdy quality and classy design offered with this winner! It can look the bomb when paired with a navy or charcoal pinstripe or when kicking back in jeans. Its rubber heel will take the beating of walking while the supple vamp will not choke your instep.
To agree with Reviewer APSmith227, I ALSO found the shoe runs large. However, here's what you can do so you don't have the misfortune of getting "stuck" with them: After you buy the pair that you feel fits your larger foot (mostly a man's right) best, slip a pair of RUBBERS over them. This will not only give you the freedom of walking all over but will keep the soles (& heels) from getting marred, in the event you have to return them!! After "test driving" my wingtips, I realized I had to go from a 10 down to a 9! The Garden City store didn't carry my size, however after a store search, they found another DSW close by where I was able to exchange them. "
