Beautiful...But.....

" I fell in love with these shoes. The fit and comfort of them was perfect. Ordered them for a wedding & than found a deep purple dress (smallest amt. of color in shoes) & tied it all together with a coral color (largest amt. of color). The outfit received numerous compliments, especially the shoes. Now the bad part. Should have questioned what a synthetic sole is. I put them on at 3PM for a 4PM wedding & was home by 10PM. Imagine the horror when the next day, what I thought was dust turned out to be that the very thin black 'plastic' that covered the sole had worn off particularly at the toe revealing what looked like cardboard. I returned them yesterday to a DSW store with ease; but hard to resist the urge to get another pair just to see if the sole would be different. I'm sure they wouldn't been. How sad....loved these shoes. "
