Great bag but beware that Flame is Orange not Red
" Based on the picture I was counting on a red bag but the color is most definitely orange. Color aside, the bag is great. It feels nice, seems well constructed, it's comfortable and has enough room for what I need. I like the exterior pocket where I can stash my phone and a pen for quick access. The strap is long enough that I can put it on my shoulder yet not so long that I have to. As far is the color, it's still a bright beautiful shade and I received many compliments. It's just not red so I have to pair it with other things.

Picture is not entirely accurate
" I recently purchased two pairs of boots online (first time). In hindsight now I realize there are a few things I should have done including pay attention to the calf measurements listed in the description (I previously missed the fact that this info was listed).
Pros: I like the length of these boots, they're easy to slip on.
Cons:
Where the picture is not accurate is in the fact that they do not stand straight. They slouch around the ankle area regardless of how much you ensure the boot is pulled on all the way. It was not my intention to purchase a slouch style boot so this is a bit of a disappointment.

The boots have a seam which runs up the center front of the boot. Don't particularly care for that as I would have preferred a seamless front.
Jury is still out:
I'm not sure about the design which uses two types of material but that may yet grow on me.

I have to exchange the other boots I purchased and will probably have these with me just in case I see a black pair that doesn't slouch.

Beautiful but not for me
" I ordered these boots online so I did not have the benefit of trying them on. When they arrived, I was impressed at how pretty they are and I was excited to try them on however it was not to be. I'm tall with muscular calves and I could not zip these boots all the way up :(
I will have to take them back to the store and see if I can find an equally lovely brown pair that does fit. Going forward I think it would help if the descriptions included some indication of calf size. "
