Shoes were a little large for me
" Really liked the style, needed a casual, closed toe shoe with a little bit of a heel for work. But when they arrived, I found they were a little too big for me. The return process was extremely easy and pleasant. Took it to the local DSW, clerk found the shoes in my size and was able to exchange them right away. Even told me they could order the new size for me if they didn't have it in stock. Very happy with the customer service.
