Strap Is a Mystery - Not Adjustable
" I ordered this on line. Purse is cute. Leather is nice and soft. The bag molds to your body.
Now the problem:
The description says 'adjustable shoulder strap with 23" drop'. The entire strap is about 45", so half of that is about 23".

The strap detaches on one end, but not on the other. About 10" from the end that doesn't detach, there is a small metal ring, but I can't, for the life of me, figure out what it's for. None of the metal studs double as magical/hidden snaps of any sort. Would love to ask the manufacturer what they had in mind. :)
If anyone can figure out how I can "adjust" this strap, please let me know. :-p Hope I'm not missing something super obvious.
I'm only 5' tall, and finding horizontal/leather/black cross body bags is hard. I'm still trying to decide whether to return it or take it to a shoe repair shop to have the strap shortened for me.

Magenta Suede - Gorgeous
" Platform is already an advantage for comfort. Still, I have other platform sandals, and these seemed a little more comfy at the ball of the foot. The strap did not hurt my ankle, either (I wore them for 3 hours, and was not in pain). I will probably add an insole to give more cushion.
My foot did not slip forward, so no toes sticking out, either. Very nice fit in that area.
Got the magenta ones. No blue available in my size, or I would have gotten those, too. Love the fact that they are real suede, not man-made materials.
My friends loved them on me, too. :)

Beautiful, but 5.5 was not for me
" 1) I am a 5.5. The pair at store had strap #2 (starting from the front) on outside of left foot a tad too short. They ordered me a pair. It had the same exact issue.
2) I mail ordered another 5.5; it had the SAME issue, but it did not rub my toe. Seems like this is a factory defect for all 5.5's.
3) Unfortunately, that's when I realized my foot slid down a little too much. I tried insoles, but they did not help enough; the heel is high enough that you slide no matter what.
4) I decided that I needed a 5, since it obviously runs big, but it starts at 5.5. :( I have no choice but to return them, no matter how beautiful they are. I bought them to match a dress.
5) Straps could have also been a little more snug in general, but that was not a deal breaker. "
