Back of shoe uncomfortable

" I just ordered/received these shoes in black. I love the fit of them except the top of the back rubs the back of my heel raw. I'm going to try wearing them around the house a few more times, if it continues unfortunately they will be going back. Very cute and comfy. Looks great with jeans. "
