Love this shoe but...

" Sanitas/Danskos are the only shoes I can wear for work as I'm on my feet all day, and they are SO pretty and comfortable. BUT, this time I got the patent leather version, and the finish is peeling off the toe after only a few days of wear. I do need a shoe that can withstand wear and tear as I work in retail, but I'm not exactly out in the trenches, so I was disappointed. My first pair lasted over 10 years, and that included walking all over Boston. I'm returning them to get a new pair and give them as second chance because I love them...hoping for the best! "
