Hot and Beautiful!
" I normally wear size 10 and am more comfortable in a wide shoe. I purchased this in an 11, as most shoes made in Brazil or Italy tend to fit me better in a full size up. (I fit a 10 in Steve Madden and Chinese Laundry; but fit an 11 in Dolce and Gabana, Santoni, and Chloe.)
It is a bit long, but I am glad I purchased the 11 as it gives me a bit more room in the toe box. (I don't thin I will need heel pads, but I might as I wear them.) The toe box is short, you do see some "toe cleavage" but that is not a problem for me. The buckle is adjustable so you can use it to hold the shoe more narrow or to let it out, like me, to make it stretch wider. I only moved the buckle two holes over from the original setting and still have one hole left and the shoe fits me beautifully.
I walked around my living room for a bit, but the leather is so soft that I can already feel it stretching to fit my foot. I imagine this will be a 4-6 hour shoe (able to be worn for at least 4-6 hours) and possibly be a 6-8 hour shoe for me. I wear heals all day long.
The color is amazing. The picture doesn't do it justice. It is a deep red which runs toward the blue spectrum - it's not an orange red. The buckle is a great design element. There isn't much of a platform and it is very high, but the pitch is very comfortable for me. (I have high arches).
Overall, this is a beautifully made shoe that makes my legs look amazing. I am currently looking to purchase more from this brand! "

Beautiful Shoe!
" As with Italian made shoes, you should order a full size larger than you normally wear.
I bought these shoes a half size larger. I normally wear a 10, but I got a 10.5. I could have gone up a full size, but these are okay for length. My issue is that I have a wide left foot. While these fit beautifully on my right foot, they are a bit snug on my left foot. But, because they are Italian made, this is not an issue. I wore them around the house once with bare feet and could feel the leather stretching. The leather is soft and comfortable and the satin is over the leather. I wore them a second time with stockings to help slip my foot into them, and they were snug, but after less than half an hour in them, my left foot was much happier. I know that with more wear, these will fit beautifully. But, that is why you buy Italian made shoes: they are made to fit to your foot eventually. These are sure not to disappoint.
In terms of style, I got these in navy and plan to wear them with a DVF silk wrap dress I have and some cute more evening wear dresses. I think the shoe goes well with a sophisticated business look as well as with evening wear. I would not go as far as to wear them with jeans, but they have been pretty with everything that I have tried them.
Overall, while these are narrow and short - like I have found all Italian made shoes in my size - they are beautifully made, have a solid feel to them, and I anticipate will be a very comfortable 4-8 hour shoe once I finish breaking them in. "

Not made in Italy but great bootie.
" Firstly, I have wide feet. I got these in a 10 M. I'm more comfortable in a Lulu Townsend or Bandalino Wide. But brands like Steve Madden, Chinese Laundry, and Baby Phat tend to fit me fine in a M. (Alternatively, Nine West and most luxury brands like Dolce and Gabana and Gucci tend to be narrow for me and I have to buy the next half or whole size up.)
Via Spiga tend to be true to size in terms of width, but I took a chance with these because previous reviewers said that these run slightly long. (Sometimes, I buy shoes a half size long to give me some extra room width wise.) It's true: these do run slightly long. Maybe about a half size long. Even with my wide feet, these give me a bit of room in the toe. Because they are made of high quality leather, they are soft and comfortable. I haven't worn them very long, but I can tell that these will be a good 4-8 hour shoe, depending on how much walking I have to do at the office.
In terms of comfort, they aren't a super high heel - at least not for me - and they have some padding in the shoe to help take pressure off the toe. With the soft leather, the moderately high heel, and the padding, these are pretty comfortable.
Lastly, these are beautiful. They have a very nice shape to the heel. They will make a nice addition to any shoe rack and look great with everything from a pencil skirt to jeans.
Happy shoe shopping! "
