Excellent Service
" I had to return the first pair of Marta flats I ordered, and the customer service rep what extremely helpful. The original pair I ordered were defective, and there were only a new pairs left in stock. As I didn't want to wait til after I mailed them back to exchange, I called DSW, and they took care of ordering my new pair, and I didn't have to pay shipping twice either.
