Awesome on trails

" This is a perfect shoe for trails. The rock plate really protects the foot against stabbing rocks underfoot. The lugs offer good grip. I have very narrow feet, so had to pull the laces quite tight resulting in some creasing in the fabric. The shoe was comfortable despite the creasing. I normally wear a size 9 in running shoes, and when I first tried them on was worried they might be too big. After running and my feet swelling a little they fit perfect and were incredibly comfortable on the run.
I walked in them all day before I ran in them and there was a little bit of rubbing on my heel, but I didn't experience this on my run. "

Very cute!

" These boots are very cute and comfortable. I had ordered a bamboo boot in an 8 before and it was too tight, but the 8 in these fit just perfectly! I think it's because the other boots had a pointed toe, whereas these have a rounded toe.
The top of the boot goes up to right below where my calf muscle curves. So I guess they're considered a mid-calf height.
The laces and buckles are mostly for show, although they can be adjusted. There is a zipper on the inner side of the boot which is used for taking the boot on and off.
I walked in them all day but I put in an insert since the shoe doesn't have any support (completely flat inside) and they were pretty comfortable that way. They do have a slight heel, and I feel any shoe with a heel can only be so comfortable after a while.
I would definitely recommend this boot to anyone that likes this style. "
