"Men's shoes are always the same size, no matter who makes them. Why aren't women's? I have to physically try on a pair to make sure that they aren't too narrow across the ball of the foot and too wide at the heel. Usually the lengths are OK, but even that can vary. With this pair, they were a bit narrow and a tiny bit shorter than usual. Still, I have all winter to get them stretched out to fit, and, since the band at the back is elastic, I don't have that problem. I've had friends and family tease me that I don't have feet. I have little triangles, because the ball of my foot is so wide and the heel so narrow."
