Disappointed

" Please save your money and search for a more comfortable, better constructed shoe. I have been a customer of DSW for years and have rarely if ever purchased a pair of shoes I didn't like, and that fit perfectly until now. The problem with these shoes does not lie with DSW. C'mon Kenneth Cole, really? Our feet deserve better than this nonsense. These run a little big so you will have a gap in the back which looks awful...no thanks. I would not suggest going a 1/2 size smaller as it won't solve the problem. There is something hard-feeling in the toe that makes these press down on your toes in a weird way that's not comfortable. If you are not looking to grow a veggie garden on your toes..."high corn-risk alert"...avoid this shoe. I so wanted to love this shoe and thought it was going to be perfect for fall - NOT! To think I was disappointed when it sold out in the blue because I wanted them in other colors. Owning one pair of these is painful enough. So with regret, they must be returned. I don't have any issues with shoes fitting my feet well so this experience is rare and disappointing. Buy at your own risk. Sorry DSW...I still love you all because the one time I did have an issue, you all provided extraordinary customer service. I will be taking these to my closest store for a refund. I would not recommend these to any friends or foes...they are that bad ladies. :( "
