I am so disappointed!
" I am searching for the perfect shoes to wear as the Mother of the Groom. These shoes looked perfect and are the perfect color. When they arrive I was so disappointed - they are hard and stiff - and I could not even put my foot into the shoe. I will be taking them back to the store...and continue with my search. "
