Sadly a sewing defect made them go back
" This shoe was very promising. It had a nice heel height and was comfy except for a sewing defect on the front of the foot opening. It appears they stitched too much or doubled over the material leaving a protrusion that rubbed against the top of my foot and left one shoe more narrow then the other. It was very uncomfortable so this particular pair had to be returned. I have other Abella shoes from DSW that are great so I may give this one another try.

Comfy the first day!
" The first day I wore these shoes I had to do some unexpected prolonged walking but it was not a problem. They were comfortable all day without any break in period. They are very cute mary-jane type shoes with a slight heel. I bought the navy to go with dark indigo jeans but I may purchase other colors because a shoe this comfortable is hard to find. They are true to size and width.

Cute, but narrow width in the heel area.
" Very cute shoes with soft leather and mostly comfortable straps. Unfortunately they were just too narrow at the heel where the straps are sewn onto the footbed. The straps are sewn in a bit from the outer edge and would have rubbed on my foot as I walked. I was sad that I had to send them back because they were gorgeous and seemed to be very comfy other then the strap issue. If your foot tends to be narrow in that area, these may work for you.

Great All Day Shoes!
" Clarks pumps are very comfy. They give you some extra height but the heel is wide enough that you're still very stable when you walk. They look great with pants. Could go with a casual skirt but they seem a bit too chunky to wear with a dressier skirt or dress. I can wear them a whole work day and then run errands afterward without any foot soreness. Leather and strap are very soft. I purchased the wide width and it has more then enough room for my foot to be comfortable. I have a pair of Clarks similar to these from three years ago that I'm still wearing, so they do not wear out quickly. I highly recommend them!

Comfortable the first day!
" Another great pair of shoes from Softspots! Nice summer shoe for the office or to wear with jeans for the weekend. Just the right size heel. Well cushioned. Leather is soft and conforms to your foot. I didn't have any problem with the stitching between the leather part of the sole and the suede part like another reviewer noted. I would highly recommend this shoe.

Make more shoes like this!
" These shoes are very comfortable and this is my second pair from this brand. I can walk around in these all day and not have my feet hurt. The heel is about 21/2 inches but because of the slight platform, it doesn't feel high at all. Lots of padding for a cushy feel.
The only thing I would change is that they would look dressier if the pad under your foot was the same color as the rest of the shoe. The light colored suede is not my favorite and it gets dirty easily.
But overall, an excellent brand of shoe! "
