" I love this shoe. I wore the shoes one time, and the straps came apart. I had to keep putting the clasps into the holes on the sides, but they repeatedly came back out. Finally, so many came out that I couldn't wear them anymore. I even contacted the company "Qupid," and they were not apologetic for the poor product.
