Pondering second pair
" I decided around the age of 30 not to buy uncomfortable shoes. Consequently I rarely order on line unless it is a brand I know. I ordered these boots because the ones I found at the mall were cheaply made, uncomfortable and/or unattractive. These shoes are very well made and fit perfectly--I wear with a thin sock. They required no break in, and look and feel great--I am thinking about ordering them in a second color. The comment about the overly long shoe string is based on it being designed to wrap around the boot once before tying. It actually has a second loop on the back below the pull strap which holds the shoe string in place in the back. Once tied this way, the string is a perfect length. I know already I will be wearing this shoe all winter.

No break in required
" I am new to Ryka but now a fan. I walk 3 miles a day and several well known brands have taken weeks and many bandaids to break in. This pair I walked the full distance the first day. They are immediately comfortable, and the best pair of walking shoes I have had in years. I am buying a second pair.

Great shoe for Great price
" My husband loves this shoe and orders two at a time so it is his only work shoe. Holds up well and looks very professional, while being comfortable. This was my first experience ordering on line from DSW. Arrived exactly as ordered, and very fast. Also a great price!
