Boot broke after two wears!!

" I ordered these boots two weeks ago and the second time wearing them, they broke!!!!! I'm highly upset and surprised! I have two other boots from White Mountain that have lasted me a long time. I saw these boots online and because they are from White Mountain I had to get them, but now I'm not so sure how I feel about this brand. If buying a good pair of boots from them is a hit or miss situation then I want nothing to do with them.
