Pretty comfy
" I walk to work & class at least 1.5 - 2 miles every day, so if I want to wear any type of shoe with height, it needs to be either a block heel or a wedge. These booties are pretty comfy. I have to say by the end of the day on one of the 2+ mile mark days, when I've been trekking around campus and back and forth walking the dog, etc., my feet do hurt, but hey -- sometimes they do in flats, too. I'm thinking once I wear them in a little hopefully they'll be even more comfortable. I'm typically a size 8 and an 8 fits well in these with thin/regular socks. The only thing I've been going back and forth on is the color, but the pic is true to real-life color -- like a reddish brown -- so if that's what you're looking for, it'll be perfect. "

" I'm 5'5" and 125 lb., normally a size 8 in shoes, and after reading the other reviews I decided to go to an 8 1/2 in these. The height was perfect - they went just over my knee, as I'd hoped, and were easy to pull on - but the 8 1/2 was just too big, even when adding socks over tights. I tried them with skinny jeans and the extra room might have been workable if it wasn't for the overall bunching (the dealbreaker for me was the bunching around the ankles -see photo). I guess I need something with a bit more structure. Before returning I'm hoping to try them in an 8 just in case that alleviates the bunching, but otherwise they're going back. "
