Flirty Shoes
" Franco Sarto is my favorite shoe mfgr. as the shoes are a predictable fit with the benefit of comfort. Firstly, I wear size 8.5 to 9. In FS, I wear an 8.5 so there's no guessing as to how they're going to fit. I have other FS's, all pumps. This particular style caught my eye since they are so flirty, very feminine, and Franco Sartos. What a winning combination. I wore these to work with a dress and they were eye-catching! Initially they were a little snug when I put them on in the morning so I wasn't sure how they were going to feel a couple of hours in. Thankfully, they gave just enough to fit like a glove. The longer I wore them the better they felt. I had a good feeling about them when I ordered them so I ordered them in another color at the same time; I'm sure glad I did!! Love, love, love my Franco Sarto shoes.

Smart Looking/Lower Heel
" These shoes are very good looking and comfortable. I bought them in brown and I would say the brown is on the lighter side, like a caramel. I found them to be a bit on the narrow side and I'm hoping that their being genuine leather, they give a bit where I need it. I didn't get any sore spots after a days wear so I'm encouraged. I do wish I had bought them a half size up.

Cute & Comfy
" I wore these booties for the first time today, all day at work. If you're in between sizes like me, order in the smaller size. They also have a generous width to them too. I have a bunion from years (decades) of heels on one of my feet and there was no discomfort with the width. These booties were amazingly comfortable in every aspect not to mention they look great.

Great for the Long Haul
" These shoes can be worn all day, and I mean all day on your feet. I'm not sure I own a more comfortable pair of shoes. I wear these with slacks. They're pretty enough to show off wearing a skirt or dress too. Now my go-to black shoes.

" This purse is wonderful. It states it's purple and blue but the "purple" is actually a dark navy, truth be told. This bag is sheer quality. It's a shame only one view of the purse is provided; it's hard to appreciate how attractive this purse is from one picture. I love that it has feet. Just a warning though - with all the embellishments and hardware, this purse is on the heavy side once you put your stuff inside. I don't carry much and it's still a bit heavy. The interior's fabric lining is absolutely beautiful. Please see my pics.

A Pretty Enzo
" These are beautiful pumps suitable for any occasion. I wear either an 8.5 or 9 and ordered these in the 8.5. The right shoe was snug because of the bunion on that foot (which is why I sometimes need a 9). Had the color been the shade I was looking for, I surely would have exchanged them for 9s without hesitation. Instead, I returned them :-(

Taupe Clutch
" I had high hopes for this pretty clutch and bought it to carry with a very dressy skirt suit for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the shade of taupe wasn't quite right and I wound up returning it. Seeing colors on-line versus in-person makes a big difference, unfortunately. I would highly recommend this purse though and you sure can't beat the price.

Comfy Bargain
" Franco Sarto shoes are my newest favorite and this pair was my third, all different styles. I normally wear 8.5 - 9, depending on mfgr. but clearly a sz. 8.5 for this brand. The 8.5s for this pair were too big and I was prone to walking out of them. I returned this on-line order to the store to have them exchanged for sz. 8. Unfortunately, there were no more size 8s available. Too bad because they were very comfy. :-(

Pretty Flats
" I ordered these shoes to be my frequently-worn black, flat staple. They ran long, real long. I usually wear between an 8.5 and a 9. These were ordered in a 9 and I ultimately exchanged them for 8s; a perfect fit! Despite the reasonable price, they are very expensive looking.

What I Hoped For
" These butter-soft shoes were exactly what I wanted. Firstly, the height of the heels are perfect for being on your feet for hours. The fabulous leather uppers have "give" to them, unlike man-made products or fabrics; my feet are happy at the end of a long day. These shoes look wonderful with a skirt or dress when worn with black hosiery, or slacks with or without hosiery. I knew they were a winner as soon as I put them on.

My Feet Said "Ahhhhh"
" I ordered these shoes in my accurate size of 8.5 W (lucky me, they came in wide) whereas I usually order a 9 if only a B width available. Well, they were way too long so I took advantage of the free return and exchanged them for an 8W. DSW treats exchanges as a return/new purchase. The credit to my credit card was not as much as the purchase price for the "return" part of this transaction so I called DSW to claim the amount they had deducted. The credit was posted right away. That aside, I received my replacement shoes in 8W and are they comfortable! Great arch support, etc. The first day I wore them was without hosiery and the back of one heel was feeling some friction, but not outside the norm. The next day, and I almost never wear the same shoes two days in a row, I wore them with hosiery and had no ill effects at the end of the day. I am so sold on these shoes I them ordered them in brown and got delivery on them today. They have a bit of a shine to them, not a patent shine, but a nice, rich shine. They look like an expensive loafer/moc-style shoe. I love 'em.

Smart & Comfy!
" I bought these shoes to go with a variety of tan purses I have. Normally I would fit an 8 1/2 or 9 shoe. Because these shoes are genuine leather, and butter soft to boot, I opted for the 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly even when my foot slides down a little because of the heel. The slight platform offsets the heel to such an extent you don't even feel like you're wearing heels, you know the feeling, like walking on the balls of your feet. Not in these shoes. They look smart and feel great. My only recommendation is to forgo hosiery, of which I am a huge fan; a bare foot will keep you from walking out of these.

Sure run small
" I ordered these pumps in hard-to-find navy, in my most accurate size of 8.5W. If shoes do not come in wide, I'll order size 9 to get that extra needed width. When I put these shoes on there was no doubt they were not going to work for me. They felt as though they were at least a half size too small if not more so I was quick to return them for an exchange for 9W, which I have never ordered/purchased before. I've come to the conclusion this particular pair's size was mismarked, or they just run extemely small so I suggest ordering at least a half size up. I would imagine the B width would work out for someone with extremely narrow feet and the shoes were very nice in appearance and of quality. I think I would rate them as comfy if I can get a good fit.

Grab a Smaller Size!
" These flats are very cute and comfy, but I couldn't believe how long they run. My perfect size is generally 8.5W, so that's what I ordered. The width was very nice but I think I could take an entire size smaller in these shoes. I will certainly be sending mine back for an exchange, but am real unsure just what size I should order. I'm afraid 1/2 sz. smaller might still be too big. Good thing the return is free though.

A Great Choice
" I saw these great flats in Clearance, just what I was looking for. They were the high quality expected of Jones New York. They are amazingly comfy but do run long. I wear an 8.5 - 9 and ordered the 9s because that was the only size of the two available. I'll have to use inserts in them but it'll be worth it.

Disapppointing
" This shoes looks looks much better in the picture. The quality was not as expected. They're lined in gold and the gold shows through the bird cage heel area where it peaks through with jagged-cut edges; very sloppy workmanship and makes them look cheap. I will return them.

Like Slippers!!
" These are the most comfortable new shoes I have ever purchased. After years of heels, my feet have some problems: bunion, callouses on toes, etc. and these little flats do not irritate those problem areas at all. Plus, they do not create new ones typical in many new shoes, i.e. irritation at the back of the heels. The leather is butter soft and gives. I love these shoes so much I'm going to order a couple of more pairs because of their comfort AND classy look.
