good shoe
" I have been wearing a sixe 11 D shoe for years. The store did not have a black 11 so they ordered it for me. Very good service.
I rec'd the black 11 but it seemed to long and wide. there was space for my index finger at the heel of the shoe and when tied the eyelet flaps came too close together.
I returned the shoes and exchanged them for a size 10-1/2.
slightly short but better than the 11. I am keeping the 10-1/2 and hoping for the best.. Thanks DSW for great customer support. "
