Beware the pictures!
" Though the shoe appears to be comfortable in the wide size I ordered, I was disappointed with the color. The images on the site make the pink and white look creamy and pearly, but the pink turned out to be very bland in real life. The shoes came well-polished, but I was not expecting the color to be so inherently dull.

Beautiful, Professional, and Unique
" I really like these shoes. So far they're comfortable. I was worried that a lack of traction imprints on the soles could be dangerous, but I haven't had a problem on my work carpet or tile floors (not sure about home's higher-pile carpet). I was also disappointed to see nicks in the heel near where it is attached to the shoe (from the attaching process) and too much glue hanging out; I'm not sure how long it will be before I have to have the heels reattached, though they seem solidly attached, even if it doesn't look nicely done. But who is going to take that close of a look to my heel?

Cute but ate my toes
" I wore these as a bridesmaid. They were cute and affordable, which was nice, and I ordered the right size the first time.
In total, I wore them for about 4 hours, which isn't really that long. However, by the end of that time, the pain in my big toes was making me walk funny. These were no ordinary blisters-- they were deep enough to scab up. I couldn't wear regular shoes for 3 days afterwards (only sandals) Even 9 days later, I still have scabs. Ouch! Be sure to protect your toes if you buy these!

Rocket Dogs Rock My World
" These shoes are beautiful. I'm so excited to have them. I based the size I ordered off of the other Rocket Dog flats I have, and the high-heel shoes are exactly the right size (sometimes companies have inconsistent sizing--not Rocket Dog). The heel is a little wider at the top than the picture indicates.

Buy more!
" I LOVE Rocket Dog. These are super comfy shoes and my second pair of this type. I love the silk look-- I can dress them up or down.
I would warn anyone planning to do a lot of walking along sidewalks and in the street that the lighter pink color picks up grime really easily. Within a week I had managed to get tar all over the side, which didn't come out so well.

Love it!
" I was worried that I'd end up with blisters as I so often do with sandals, but this was not the case at all. They're wearable for a long period of time.
I am noticing that the "scales" on the front of the shoe aren't wearing too well, but I suspect that I should visit my cobbler to fix that.

Great Walking Boot
" I am wearing this puppy out, I wear it so often. They're easy to slip on and off. They're pretty comfy, though if I don't wear high socks, the top eats into my leg.
To improve its lifespan, take it to your cobbler for a coat of suede sealant. "Don't jump in puddles!" my cobbler warned anyway.

Comfy, Good for wide calves
" This is the year to buy boots if you have wide calves! These are stretchy and stay up well. The heel is just high enough to give you lift but not so high as to kill your feet. I took a friend's recommendation and went a full size up (Add +1 for boots!) and they are the best boots ever. The line of the toe is long, which I love, though I am going to have to replace/reglue the toes shortly. These are my new all-purpose black boots, and I've already gotten my money's worth one month later. Love 'em!
