Pleasant surprise
" I bought this flip flop at the retail location and was super pleasantly surprised how comfortable this sandal is. My only disappointment is I can't seem to find the all white color in my size.

Major Disappointment
" This is the worst product I've EVER bought from DSW! I ordered the black/white shoe online and when I opened the box I was hit with an awful odor of cheap plastic! It looked like it was made of plastic and had a lumpy surface on the right heel where the faux leather (plastic) wasn't glued down properly.
I will now avoid buying anything made from Journee Collection "

Disappointed
" AK is of my favorite brands and I love the look and overall comfort of this shoe however the strap that goes across the instep was to big (wide) and made the shoe "look" odd. Felt super comfortable which is why I was disappointed the shoe didn't work out.
