" When these boots arrived I was happy with the overall texture and look, however when I tried them on I had to toughest time trying to get my heel inside. I felt like an evil step-sister! I pained my way through it and once I got my heel in, my foot fit just fine. That part of the boot fit like it should, but when I tried to zip them up, I could barely close the zipper over my calf. I've never had a problem zipping up boots and have a very average build so you'll need petite calves for these to fit properly. These boot are definitely going back. "
