STRAP BROKE IN LESS THAN A WEEK
" This bag is absolutely fabulous except for the fact that the clasp attaching the strap to the bag is plastic and not metal like other bags in this price range that I have bought before. The clasp snapped in less than a week which is absurd and heartbreaking because it's a gorgeous bag. I have had to rig the strap to the top handle to use it. :( the clasp can't be replaced without replacing the whole strap. :( "
