Bought for Zumba
" I've worn these once and can feel the plastic outer bands when I flex my foot. Not sure if this will bother me or not. So far I've only worn them for Zumba at home on the carpet. I love the color and look and think they will be great with the pivot point on the bottom. They don't feel like they'll have enough support for other higher impact classes though. I will probably only wear these for Zumba. Also for anyone who's never worn Ryka's before - you should always get a half size bigger. I normally wear a size 7 and always get a 7.5 in Ryka's. "
